It is getting closer - only 78 days away!  Will we get to see you?  We have heard from a few of you. Thank you to those who have responded!

We are committed to making your family reunion experience in the "Q" a fun experience for all.  Please help us by filling out the short survey that you received in an email today.

Haven't paid your dues yet? not a problem!  Our treasurer, Crystal Johnson, has provided a quick and easy way to do this.  You can send your dues by Zelle using her phone number (provided in your email).  Please be sure to indicate your name when sending the dues.  Can't remember if you have already paid an early-bird deposit?  Reach out to Crystal Johnson (cdj7909@icloud.com) with any questions.

• Single- $100
• Couple- $200
• Family- $225
  • $10 per child ages 5-12
  • No cost for children under 5

If any family member or friend would like to help with anything from monetary donation, food, or entertainment for our 2024 reunion, please let us know.

To quote our former family reunion president, Meredith Furel, "It is imperative that we keep our legacy alive for our children.  Again, if they don't know where they came from, how will they know where they are going?"

Hello Awesome Family, 

The 15th Bi-Annual Stewart Family Reunion was held July 18-21, 2022 in Massanutten Resort near Harrisonburg, VA. After COVID-19 pandemic canceled our 2020 reunion, it was so good to see our family together again and be able to get back on track with our family's strongest tradition. Our group size was smaller this time, and we really missed all those who could not join us.  

Family reunions require a great deal of planning, communication and a labor of love to host a successful event. I would like to show our appreciation by sending a big thank you to Richard and Meredith Furel for hosting us, as well as to Stuart Bostic and to Ray and Charlita Shamburger for extending their timeshare privileges for our family's stay. The accommodations were so luxurious and relaxing, and the mountain setting was beautiful. We appreciate everything that was done to make us feel welcome. 

Our next reunion will be in Albuquerque, NM in July 2024. There was a lot of discussion and the family was unanimously in favor of making the next reunion more accessible for our family members living in NM and AZ. The family voted to keep the reunion dues the same for now, with a tentative increase due to inflation and the rising cost of deposits needed in advance to reserve group venues. We will establish an "Early-Bird” deadline to make a $100 deposit by July 31, 2023, which will lock you into the current dues rate (**see below). The $100 deposit will be credited to your final reunion dues, to be paid before the 2024 reunion. (Note: Suggested increase: $250 per family, $110 per single, $220 per couple. This increase will be determined by the host family and applied after August 1, 2023). Reunion dues cover the cost of the bowling tournament, picnic, and usually an additional meal.

We are excited about continuing our Stewart Family Reunion tradition. Many of us are aging, some have left us, and we have many young ones who we hope to get more connected with our family's legacy. Let us come together in love and continue to celebrate life and our families individually and collectively, while we are still blessed to do so.

We ask each of you to be in touch with your extended family and share this information with any family members who do not use the internet or with those whose contact info. we do not have. You can also check on the family reunion website to receive the latest information.

Hello Beautiful Family,

A quick shout out-- wouldn’t it be great to get our family together and meet everyone in person? I know that email, zoom, facebook and Skype can only go so far, but many of us have not touched based in years. I know some families plan reunions every year or two, while some have been meeting annually for decades. Others have never organized a formal get-together

The Stewart Family Reunion is held every two years, and  when we do all get together during reunions or family just coming out to visit there's always food mixed in with great conversion. It's beautiful.
